Old Port Cove Condominium Association One, Inc. also know as the Admiralty was the first community built within Old Port Cove in North Palm Beach. Old Port Cove is a private gated community located off  US Highway 1 overlooking the intercoastal waterway.

The Admiralty is comprised of two buildings consisting of 186 residences. Each building has a ground floor entry lobby and a centrally located pool deck, Loggia social room, bathrooms with sauna between the two buildings.  Most water view units overlook the Safe Harbor North Marina also located within the Old Port Cove Community. The Association has an onsite property manager and building maintenance.
